Jeff has been very punctual and does a good job snow plowing.

Fantastic job, prompt in communication, quick turnaround time, would consider again if we get a big storm with lots of snow. Can rest assured the roof is ok.

Jeffrey did a great job. Called for a driveway plow with no notice after a storm and he responded right away and took care of clearing the snow at his first availability. Very pleased with his responsiveness, communication, and performance.

He was here the whole Winter and it was fantastic.

Excellent service! If there was a rating higher than an A I would give it. From initial contact to completion of the job it was a just a little over an hour - on what I am sure was a very busy day!

While putting soffit baffles in my attic, damage was caused to my ceiling.  Another person was called in to repair the hole and cracks in the ceiling and repaint the area. I was led to believe that if the paint on the repaired section did not match, the entire ceiling would be painted.  The paint did not blend in and I do not like the way my ceiling looks. I have left messages for Jeff, but he will not return my calls. I have been inconvenienced and left an unsatisfied customer.

It went very good. I was very satisfied with his performance.

I pay a seasonal fee. He is excellent.

I have a 2 story home.  He was concerned about knocking the icicles down because we have very large french doors, right underneath the icicles.  He asked if we had any leaking and I told him no.  He told me use a roof rake and take the snow down and out from behind the eaves.  He gave us a free estimate.  I appreciated his honesty and safety concerns, regarding out home.

I procrastinated dealing with the 2 feet of snow on the roof, and Jeff came out on short notice.   He is very professional and pleasant to deal with and they did a great job.  All around very positive experience.

Dean and another worker were at my door at 9:00 the next morning.  They removed all of the snow and most of the ice within 2 hours of work.  Jeff came to the house a couple of hours later to check on the work and our satisfaction.  We decided that he would come back in a few weeks (spring) to repair or replace any damage from the leak.

Mr. Mason answered his phone right away when I called on Saturday the 14th. He agreed to come out that day or the next to look at the work I needed done. I had a lot of snow and ice build-up on the roof of my home. He was prompt, friendly and accommodating. He gave me an estimate/typical fee range over the phone and told me he would be out to do the work on Tuesday the 17th. He arrived a day early with 2 other people and quickly and neatly removed the snow and ice. He also cleaned up after himself, as much as the nature of the work allowed. I am more than satisfied with his work. It's especially nice that he was able to accommodate me so quickly given the terrible weather we have had this winter.

Large crew to perform work.  Everything went quite well.  Men responsive to my requests.  Jeffrey Mason who was in charge was very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use him for other work.

Jeff and his team did a great job.  He took my call immediately and was at my house 2 days later to remove ice and snow during a very busy season.  They cleaned off my entire roof (2 story home) and then removed the fallen snow and ice from the driveway and doorways - both front and back.  Will definitely be calling on him again for other work.

It went great. Jeff is a delight to be around. He is also professional, responsible, personable, efficient, neat, honest and he helped me with a special favor by shoveling the walkway to my Bilbo door to the basement so that the heating/plumbing company I hired to install a new furnace was able to get down there quickly the following day after a snowstorm.

This was the fourth year that Jeff has done my snow removal! He is extremely professional, respectful, attentive to details, very timely and excellent follow-up / follow through!
I highly recommend him!!
