"Paid for biannual maintenance for several years. When the power finally did go out the generator failed to turn on. It was winter and freezing cold and Pouches never returned our calls. Days went by. A new company came and showed us that basically no real maintenance had been done for years and the system was very obviously Jerry-rigged and not properly maintained. Basically we wasted money on “maintenance” for years and when it failed to work he simply ghosted us"

I gotta say he was quick to take my money and left me with a disaster and had to hire new electrician to take over and redo most of everything pinto did so u can imagine what was a $20k job that he got paid for and never finished turned out to be a lot more than that paying the new electrician to fix everything they touched. I’ve reached out a few times to the owner and has not responded to any of my messages. I do love seeing him drive around in his Porsche Cayanne I helped him purchase. Sad people like this are still in business robbing people and I should of listened to others when they said don’t go near him. Lesson learned."
