What a joke. Called for boiler tune up. The tech could not change oil filter said it was too tight. Left new one for my wife. Left tiger loop filter on a 45 degree angel, Changed damper left screws out and lose. Sent photos to office and message for the owner. No response. So much for customer service. November 2022

Charged over 200 for a $14 transformer, replaced the inducer and the blower motors (the latter for no reason, it was working), and then announced that the control board is not good. Guess what, you can only do it once. I learned about the furnace and about your practices, so the neighbors will know not to hire you ever.

One of the workers of the company (who is now no longer working for the company) did a side job (my furnace) and labeled that he worked for A. Stevens Plumbing and Heating. When I told the owner of the company what had happened he immediately took care of the issue, came out personally and fixed the mess the other guy did in my house. He was prompt, professional, explained everything in detail, showed me what was done and gave me a receipt. I will absolutely use him in the future and trust that he will do the right thing.
