Late November received an estimate for both a transfer switch to be used with a roll out gas generator and also for installation of an automatic standby natural gas generator. In December I made the decision to go with the standby generator. This started the process of filing the correct paper work with the town which was handled by Zaccagnino. It took several weeks to receive the permit. Once the permit was received Zaccagnino Electric ordered the Generator. The generator was on back order. In February the generator was delivered. The Electrical part of the installation took a couple of days. It took a couple of weeks after that to get plumber to come out and complete the plumbing hook up. Once plumbing was done Zaccagnino coordinated a test of the generator, some minor adjustments needed to be made and I was all set.

THEY DON'T RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS. THEY LEFT SOME LIGHTS NOT DONE AND LEFT OUT A SMOKE DETECTOR AND TOLD ME TO GO TO HOME DEPOT. THEY DRILLED A HOLE IN THE RADIANT FLOOR HEATING TUBES ON NEW YEAR'S DAY AND THEN DIDN'T FIX IT AND DISAPPEARED.
