Paid for biannual maintenance for several years. When the power finally did go out the generator failed to turn on. It was winter and freezing cold and Pouches never returned our calls. Days went by. A new company came and showed us that basically no real maintenance had been done for years and the system was very obviously Jerry-rigged and not properly maintained. Basically we wasted money on “maintenance” for years and when it failed to work he simply ghosted us

I couldn't be happier with the service Chris provided. He was available right away, was on time, I felt completely comfortable with him being in and around my home. It turns out something unrelated stopped functioning right after he left and although he wasn't responsible for it, he came back later that day when I called him to make sure it was nothing that he did to cause the issue. I couldn't have been more appreciative because he did not have to do that for us.
