"Our water is hard and I stressed that to our estimator (salesman). We also have a 4-6 family household and 3 1/2 baths. Everything says 64000 capacity softener. We were assured the 24000 would suffice and get the job done. We put in a brand new bathroom. We have 1 person using it and have had company over the holidays where another has for 2 weeks. We clean weekly but see the pictures because the remodeling person who uses the same and recommended Pure Water Source says this shouldn?t be happening.
