"Our residence has had water in the basement since we purchased it 30+ years ago. Last fall, we hired a landscape architect to assess the problem and make recommendations to fix it. This year we decided to bite the financial bullet and install a comprehensive drainage system. Unless we acted, the structure would soon be deteriorating past a point of no return. The Crew Chief, Bill, ably assisted by Matt and Don, did everything possible to prevent any misunderstandings and to have a 100% satisfied customer. This they more than achieved. Watching Don at the helm of the CAT in the tightest quarters imaginable was like watching a professional sports event and a modern dance all rolled into one. The swale he made is a graceful contour that suits the setting to perfection. Don is a true artist. So is Matt. After making 2 radii on the front sidewalk, Matt went on to make 3 more on the rear sidewalk. The sidewalk is not only functional, like the swale, it too is a thing of beauty. "I can't say enough about how prompt, efficient and professional Eric, Adam and all of the team from Midstate Basement Authorities have been. When our basement flooded, I called Midstate and Eric and Adam were here the next day. I had a proposal in 2 days and they were here to do the work within a week of my signing the proposal. Following the installation of the basement system and sump, I discovered that the drainage line I had them hook the sump,outflow to was not adequate and called Eric. He was there the next day and worked out a solution that also solved my long standing problem with the water flow from our gutter downspouts. Eric quickly designed a drainage system that will finally solve all of the drainage problems on our property.
