Hello everyone I'm Nick, Im a 37 yr old with 20+ years of working with my hands on all sorts of jobs. From framing houses in my younger days to running small crews doing HVAC. I've also done full hard scapes both installing and repairing/ reviving along with your normal small home repairs. I'm very knowledgeable and take pride in my work. I have most tools to do any job but depending on the job I may have to rent or purchase that tool required to complete the job. I am goal oriented and focused at doing the job right the first time. "Hired them to figure out why my toilets were not flushing. I thought we may have had a clogged sewer drain from what was happening. When the service guy arrived he went into the basement saw that my downstairs pipe had pulled down from the underfloor. He proceeded to pull up my toilet to send the auger down through the drain. No clog was apparent. Had a new flange and wax ring to put the toilet back on but did not because of a pipe issue. Did not have the equipment in his van to fix this issue. Told him my husband and I can put toilet back in place but he did not say until he was all packed up that it could not be done until the pipe below was fixed. Went 2 days with toilet sitting in middle of my downstairs bathroom. Good thing we have one upstairs as well."
