They are professional, on time and easy to work with."

This year we decided to bite the financial bullet and install a comprehensive drainage system. Unless we acted, the structure would soon be deteriorating past a point of no return. Included with the letter was a list of 50-60 references (names and phone numbers) in my and adjacent zipcodes for whom they had done work, and an invitation to contact as many of these people as I wanted. My project was small enough that Woodford required no money down, they expected no payment whatsoever until the contract has been fulfilled to my satisfaction. The project took a month to complete. The Crew Chief, Bill, ably assisted by Matt and Don, did everything possible to prevent any misunderstandings and to have a 100% satisfied customer. This they more than achieved. Watching Don at the helm of the CAT in the tightest quarters imaginable was like watching a professional sports event and a modern dance all rolled into one. The swale he made is a graceful contour that suits the setting to perfection. Don is a true artist. So is Matt. After making 2 radii on the front sidewalk, Matt went on to make 3 more on the rear sidewalk. The sidewalk is not only functional, like the swale, it too is a thing of beauty. I am an extremely satisfied customer and recommend Woodford without reservation. They are a premier organization, the kind of company and people you wish everyone was."

"Hired them to figure out why my toilets were not flushing. I thought we may have had a clogged sewer drain from what was happening. When the service guy arrived he went into the basement saw that my downstairs pipe had pulled down from the underfloor. He proceeded to pull up my toilet to send the auger down through the drain. No clog was apparent. Had a new flange and wax ring to put the toilet back on but did not because of a pipe issue. Did not have the equipment in his van to fix this issue. Told him my husband and I can put toilet back in place but he did not say until he was all packed up that it could not be done until the pipe below was fixed. Went 2 days with toilet sitting in middle of my downstairs bathroom. Good thing we have one upstairs as well."

"The technician was very professional and really knew his trade.  He went right to work and included me in on decisions that needed to be made.  At the end of the prior season, we noticed that there was a bit of water on the floor when the boiler would kick on.  It turned out that the pressure tank for the boiler had gone bad.  We were informed that this was not uncommon due to the age of the boiler.  We had our boiler installed 11 years ago.  All of the work was done quickly and efficiently.  My only problem was that the initial price quote was for $600.  I aid yes to the repair, as it had to be done. The final cost was a bit more than $900.  That final cost was a bit of a shock, but I guess good service and repairs from a reputable company costs $$ these days.   I am very happy with the repairs and I have already noticed a difference with our heating system.  The real test will come with the cold days and night in January and February.
The ladies in the office were very good on the phone setting up the appointment.  They even went the extra mile to call me back as there was some confusion with contact information and the location of my home.  They did a great job in tracking me down!!

"In response to my initial email inquiry, Eric, the owner, came to the house and we discussed all of the issues and how they would deal with them. He took measurements and pictures and was very professional, polite and encouraging. Within a few days he emailed me a very precise and detailed proposal outlining all three jobs and the estimated cost. I immediately accepted. Adam came to the house and took some more measurements and pictures and said the work would begin the following week and take three days. The required permits were taken care of right away. As scheduled, Paul (the onsite foreman), Lloyd and TJ showed up and began to work. Braces were installed against the basement wall after the cracks were repaired. On the exterior a French drain was put in along the side of the house extending to the ditch out front. The old walkout was excavated and a new permentry door was installed. The work went as planned with no problems and was finished in three days. All debris was taken care of and they cleaned up when they were through. All of my questions and concerns were answered. Adam followed up the day after the work was completed to see if I was satisfied and to answer any additional questions. I also must give kudos to Cynthia, the office manager, who made the paperwork and payment process smooth and effortless. The quality of the work and the quality of the employees is just exceptional.
