Ed arrived on time as scheduled, very prompt. He assessed the problem quickly and did the repair work to our satisfaction. He was very courteous and answered all of our questions. Clean-up was excellent. We would highly recommend Royal Plumbing Services!

They finished the project I asked for quickly- it was an emergency, so this is so important! 4. They identified the greater root of the problem and are going to schedule a time to fix that. I called at 10:30 pm expecting to leave a msg and be called back the next day. My call was returned minutes later! He arrived to give me estimate on time and called me the next day to let me know when he would be there. He picked out very nice good quality faucets for me. He cleaned up any mess he made during repairs. I would recommend him and call him again.
