"Carl was great! It was easy to schedule the repair, he was on time, very nice, identified and fixed the issue quickly. Price was reasonable and I would definitely use this company again. Thanks Carl!!"

"Great! Perfect job. Deck looks brand new. Worth the money."

"Very thorough efficient work cleaning our gutters and doing a minor gutter repair."

"Does great work. Will call for more projects in the future!"

"I had a dripping bath tub faucet ... that turned into a steady stream of hot water going down the drawn between Christmas and New Years! Dave gladly came over the day after I contacted him, worked around my schedule, was polite, did his work efficiently, and my faucet is as good as new! I hope to have him come back a do a few more little things for me ..."

"David was prompt and very efficient in the manner he approached the job. I was very impressed at how organized he was. We hit a little snag when a part was missing and he suggested how I should approach the vendor to get it replaced and offered to come back at a later date to complete the work. His demeanor is very friendly and accommodating. Great person to work with."

"I needed urgent work done at my business, and KAMMS came through big time. I was in a tough spot with a final electrical inspection, and an outlet was missing a ground. The owner showed up himself, quickly traced the issue back to a loose ground in the electrical panel, and fixed it on the spot. I passed my inspection the very next day! Extremely grateful for their excellent service and quick response. Highly recommended"

"Great communication and attention to detail. Matt performed the work within the requested time frame and was respectful of my property. I definitely recommend him and will use him again. I gave the value for the money 4 stars because the charge seemed high, but it may not be - I did not get any other estimates, so I could be wrong about that. All home repairs seem high."

"I was apprehensive at first because the rating was 4.1 and from some of the comments I read. That apprehension went away the minute I met Tony and his wife Jennifer. They were professional, friendly, and I felt at ease with them. I needed them to put a heavy pool table and theater type sofa couch together for my basement, they did a fabulous job! They were respectful of my property, timely, offered helpful suggestions and worked with care; which I really appreciated because that is not how I was treated by my prior contractor - so it felt refreshing. I thought the price for the work was also fair. I have already showed Tony other work I need in the basement that I would hire him for. My experience was great! I recommend this business!"

"Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Very professional crew, extremely attentive to our specifications and satisfaction! Made regular updates throughout the project to keep us updated, which was appreciated. Our deck was pressure washed/cleaned/sanded and restained. Additionally, they installed some new outdoor lighting we had purchased. Everything looks fantastic and we're simply delighted. I'm pleased to highly recommend Buffalo Maintenance Services!"
