Dave the owner, was in constant communication with me from start to finish and was meticulous with all aspects of the project. They were very neat and cleaned everything back to the way it looked before the project began. "Owner of the business (Frank) was terrific. He took time out of his day to call me and discuss the issue I was experiencing with my AC. He was very patient in working with a third party insurance company. He had one of his repair men at my home 18 hours later. The tech was top notch, he had great knowledge of the system and all of the components associated with it. Knew what the issue was within 5 minutes and quickly repaired. Definitely one of the best AC repair experiences I've ever had."

"They came out and gave an estimate for a new boiler and we contracted with them for the replacement. The technicians seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. We had a few issues after the installation with air getting in the line and blocking the flow of hot water. However, Our installation came with a 1 year service contract and they returned to remedy the problem promptly and professionally. Bell stands behind their work. We would recommend Bell and will use them in the future."

"I used D. Rhode Heating, Plumbing and AC for two projects. First was an installation of a new air conditioning and heat pump unit. From beginning to end everyone we dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Dan was very helpful thoroughly explaining our options and giving us a fair estimate. The office staff were always friendly and helpful when we called them. Jeff, Dwayne and crew did a great job in the removal and installation of the new unit. They were very respectful and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed. The second project was the installation of a new well tank. Jamie was very professional and knowledgeable and also did a great job with the installation and cleanup. I would highly recommend D. Rhode."
