"We strongly disagree with this posting. This client originally posted a 1-star review with relatively vague complaints. We contacted the clients seeking to resolve any concerns or issues, and they demanded $5,000 to take down the review. After we said we would not pay, they brought up a damage claim. In their review (before 6/22/2023) there is no mention of any damage and there was no mention of damage to us prior to their request for $5,000. After following up numerous times for clarification of damage, they sent a picture of two small holes from a drill bit next to a grille. We offered to rectify the very small holes, but the client turned down the offer. Even later, and long after we were at the job site, they brought up another new claim of damage to their floor. We did not damage the floor and don’t understand why this claim was brought up so long after we were on site and not mentioned in our many prior communications. Their first claim was that we did not finish before their vacation. We told them in advance that we would likely not finish in advance of their vacation, but could return when they get back to town. We even swapped out a crew in an attempt to finish before their vacation. They treated both crews poorly and all the workers at this job asked not to return. There were workers from other companies at this job site. We have no knowledge of us plugging up a toilet, but yes workers do need access to bathrooms at work sites. With your previous messages there seemed to be a suggestion they should not have access to restrooms. We did ask this client to take down the review. We performed a high quality installation under difficult circumstances. Looking at this customer’s other reviews we believe there is a pattern: a bad review for a pet adoption agency, a bad review for a nursery school, a bad review for a cleaning company, a bad review for a florist, a good review that was changed to a bad review for a sushi restaurant, and bad reviews for quite a number of other businesses."
"I am sorry Mr [Member Name Removed] unfortunately I do not see in our records your request for a proposal. Please call my cell number to try and straighten this out 914-490-1714 I apologize for the inconvenience"
"Our last contact with Mr. [Member Name Removed] was in February 2015. The humidifier canister was bad and Bell recommended replacing the canister or installing a newer Aprilaire 800 humidifier to replace his old humidifier. Our service department was never sold. Bell has been servicing customers for 37 years. We are sorry you feel you have not received satisfactory service."
"When Bell became aware this customer was not satisfied, we contacted her, apologized and refunded her service charge of $129 plus tax. We have since been called back to this customer's home and have satisfactorily completed another separate repair issue."
