Alfred is the name of the technician, he couldn't do the job, and top of that he left the boiler open which could be the generous thing, to burn the place. Next time dont send that person for the boiler issues he doesn't know anything.

My shower handles were leaking and the tub was not functional, I've had this issue for a few years and never wanted or trusted any mechanic to break the tiles and repair. We decided to give Al's a chance, thier mechanic Al Jr. assured me it had to be done, walked me thru the process and even referred me to another professional who replaced the tile (color and pattern matched!) A few days later! Now my shower and tub is running AMAZING!! ? ? No more embarrassing dripping leak and most importantly I now have a FUCTIONAL TUB AND SHOWER!! AL'S PLUMBING THANK YOU!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEST OF ALL CHEEAAP!!! ?? (worked with my budget)
