However, they gave us a very reasonable price and didnâ t charge for more than you need. Angelo was also generous enough to teach us simple fixes to address the minor issues that donâ t need a licensed plumber. 3.Angelo and his fellow workers are very passionate about their work and they loved their job. They went extra miles to check other issues and gave you tons of advice. They donâ t charge for anything that is outside you gas work scope. 4.Tina plays an important role in dealing with DOB and ConEdison. DOB and ConEdison often try to give you a hard time and being very inefficient. In a case of an emergency, this is a big deal. But Tina will fight along with you as a team. And together we had successfully overturned ConEdisonâ s challenge and had the gas turned on in just a few days. Also, Angelo also plays an important role in dealing with them as well. 5.Both Tina and Angelo were highly responsive and available. After the gas work was done, there were about 3 weeks time to finish the inspection, paper work, etc to have DOB and ConEdison to close their cases. And they were always there for you for the followups. We think Angelo and Tina are great and we are happy to hire them again for the future gas work!"
