I called to ask if they could service my rheem hot water heater as they were recommended by rheem as rheem does not have service teams in the area. The mature woman I spoke with was very nice but she really had no idea what was going on....I was first advised that they don’t warranty other people's work...I repeat ly told her I needed someone to look at the hot water heater as it was not functioning....nothing to do with the installer...rheem told me it would be covered under their warranty and jp mulvey was a certified installer, warranty provider and servicer....I was repeatedly told that mulvey only provides repair work on their installs...which is not correct as I have used them before....that is why i called...not to mention I had to explain that the reason she could not find my installation in their records s they did not install it and I got the circular discussion ...all I wanted was someone certified in rheem hot water heaters to fix it, I was trying to explain this but apparently they do not have people who answer the phone who get it...what a waste of time. The woman at mulvey was nice but the discussion was a ****** **** and she should not be answering the phone

There were other issues that were addressed before the burst pipe could be repaired.

From the first call to the service call they were professional, knowledgeable, and just awesome. The literally saved the day...I highly recommend and will call again

From the first phone call until the job was completed everyone was amazing! True good old fashion customer service. The literally saved the day for me. One bathroom and a 2nd birthday party later in the day. I will call them again and recommend them without question. Truly a great company! I am very grateful I was given their number. Within a month toilet began running non-stop again.  I began to just turn off valve and not use that bath.  Last summer had lots of company so I turned on valve.  Toilet not only continued to run but tank overflowed damaging two floors below.  Would never use this company again.

I was billed $110 per hour for three hours of service to for the routine installation of an under-sink water heater. The plumber performed the service in less than one hour. I was charged twice the price for which the same heater sold at Lowe's.

I used to use Mulvey all the time for my plumbing needs. They were great up until the last two times that I used them. Each of the most recent times I called them out, they came and looked at my problem and gave their advice which was that no work needed to be done. So, no work was physically done and I was charged $125 each time. I questioned the charges and then paid them, however I will no longer be using this company.

Went well and quickly. No problems with the work. The serviceman showed up on time and easily worked around a small unexpected problem( an electrical interruption). As the house was new to me, an added bonus were several money saving or informational pieces of advice from the serviceman, who was familiar with the house from past service calls.

The job turned out well. The guys show up exactly when they say they will which is a big plus. They point out things which need fixing - sigh, they are always right - then they fix them. They are neat, do a good job and in fact I am using them again in another house right now. I have recommended them in the past to people and will again in the future.

Tidy and efficient as always. We have used them for years. They show up when we need them and always solve the problem. Once the entire house backed up on a major holiday. We were desperate. They came and after a moment realized something must have had gotten stuck in the main drain line trap, they opened it up and discovered the tennis ball a guest's dog had dropped into a toilet as it was flushing. Thankfully, everything worked perfectly after they removed the obstructing ball.

J P MULVEY PLUMBING DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON EVERYTHING THAT THEY FIXED FOR ME. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. ALL JOBS WERE COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
