They assessed the issues with my leaking and bowing basement wall, and patiently explained why replacing it was the right solution (and merely propping it up wasn't). The tin ceiling needed special care to avoid scratching when scraping off the old paint, and the plaster crown moldings around the ceilings were also difficult because they had curvy edges.
