They meticulously fixed every nail pop, crack, chip and paint drip (from my own not so hot painting attempt), smoothed the walls and expertly painted them. They even successfully matched the texture on a ceiling where a crack had been repaired. They moved my furniture and took great care to protect it with plastic sheets. Drop cloths protected my wood floors. The owner was on site frequently to assist his crew and to make sure that the work was progressing efficiently and well. They assessed the issues with my leaking and bowing basement wall, and patiently explained why replacing it was the right solution (and merely propping it up wasn't). They carried out the work in early summer 2025, along with an exterior sump pump, and sorted out problems related to rotten beams they encountered along the way. I highly suggest you remain on site on their working days so you can learn about and consult on the work, which is interesting in itself. Naturally such great guys are in high demand, but they're worth the wait and expense."

"I called Luis and 2 other contactor's for a small but essential sheetrock job inside our home and demolish and installation of new stairs outside. Well let me tell you Luis came to my house shortly after I called him and he gave me an estimate right away. A few days later I spoke with him and ask him if he could come and perform the sheetrock job next Thursday or Friday because timing was critical. He assured me that he could accommodate me with no worries. Well, Thursday came and he patched up my ceiling wonderfully. He did a very nice job on the sheetrock ceiling ($700). The next day he set up a 3 man crew to demolish my stairs and create a masterpiece new steps. He told us you will be able to walk up these steps with your eyes closed. He adjusted for the drainage and used part of the old stairs as a retaining wall. When the new steps were finished they were stunning and my wife loves them (1,800). We will definitely use Luis and his crew again for our future projects. He is very good."
