They meticulously fixed every nail pop, crack, chip and paint drip (from my own not so hot painting attempt), smoothed the walls and expertly painted them. They even successfully matched the texture on a ceiling where a crack had been repaired. They moved my furniture and took great care to protect it with plastic sheets. Drop cloths protected my wood floors. The owner was on site frequently to assist his crew and to make sure that the work was progressing efficiently and well. "I called Luis and 2 other contactor's for a small but essential sheetrock job inside our home and demolish and installation of new stairs outside. Well let me tell you Luis came to my house shortly after I called him and he gave me an estimate right away. A few days later I spoke with him and ask him if he could come and perform the sheetrock job next Thursday or Friday because timing was critical. He assured me that he could accommodate me with no worries. Well, Thursday came and he patched up my ceiling wonderfully. He did a very nice job on the sheetrock ceiling ($700). The next day he set up a 3 man crew to demolish my stairs and create a masterpiece new steps. He told us you will be able to walk up these steps with your eyes closed. He adjusted for the drainage and used part of the old stairs as a retaining wall. When the new steps were finished they were stunning and my wife loves them (1,800). We will definitely use Luis and his crew again for our future projects. He is very good."
