They were so spectacular and skilled in finishing we had asked them to take on new projects as soon as they could (and they made it happen!) Specifically, they took what looked like a sad construction site with lopsided beams and poor drywall cuts and edges, shotty mudding and tile work (done by an awful contractor) and transformed our house into a place we can finally start calling a home. The team overall is trustworthy, thoughtful and care immensely about client happiness and it shows. "ADR did a fantastic job helping to freshen up some tired looking walls and painting where some patchwork was done. They meticulously fixed every nail pop, crack, chip and paint drip (from my own not so hot painting attempt), smoothed the walls and expertly painted them. They even successfully matched the texture on a ceiling where a crack had been repaired. They moved my furniture and took great care to protect it with plastic sheets. Drop cloths protected my wood floors. The owner was on site frequently to assist his crew and to make sure that the work was progressing efficiently and well. "I called Luis and 2 other contactor's for a small but essential sheetrock job inside our home and demolish and installation of new stairs outside. Well let me tell you Luis came to my house shortly after I called him and he gave me an estimate right away. A few days later I spoke with him and ask him if he could come and perform the sheetrock job next Thursday or Friday because timing was critical. He assured me that he could accommodate me with no worries. Well, Thursday came and he patched up my ceiling wonderfully. He did a very nice job on the sheetrock ceiling ($700). The next day he set up a 3 man crew to demolish my stairs and create a masterpiece new steps. He told us you will be able to walk up these steps with your eyes closed. He adjusted for the drainage and used part of the old stairs as a retaining wall. When the new steps were finished they were stunning and my wife loves them (1,800). We will definitely use Luis and his crew again for our future projects. He is very good."

He also repaired a work shed. He replaced rotted wood, added gutters, and replaced the roof shingles. Ever job was done with care and attention to detail. He gave accurate estimates and cleaned up the worksite. He communicated promptly answering any questions or recommended adjustments to the work. We hope to call him for other jobs in the future."
