"I felt the need to write this review, although technically Greg and I have never done business. In the recent round of rain storms, my sump pump stopped working as it is supposed to, and I ended up with about 5 inches of groundwater in the basement. I was able to get the sump pump working again, but 3 days after it stopped raining, I was still getting a lot of water in the pit. I found a sticker for Contractors Waterfproofing, and figured they might of installed the system for the old owners, so I gave them a call. From the moment he picked up Greg was service oriented and responsive. He asked for my address to look up the job, and when he couldn't find it, he called back within 5 minutes to ask what was going on. I explained the problem, and he immediately told me that was normal for my part of town, and told me I just needed to replace the pump and I would be fine. He offered me a price that was half what his competitors charge, and was willing to explain the whole job in detail."

"Water backing up from sump pump in basement into bathroom sink pipe. Pipes snaked by said company. Told me sump pump too strong for pipes. I purchased new sump pump with less horse power. Problem still present today. Collecting water in bucket from sink pipe. I have been talking to manager of company since last Thursday. Someone is supposed to come back today. They have been very busy I am told. $350 check has been cashed as I approved because they were here last week on first visit for 2 hours and they snaked the line,but the problem still exists. Waiting for a re-evaluation today as promised."

He replaced two toilets, an outside spigot and well as installing several cut off valves. All work was done with care and cleanup was great. "I would hire this company again, without hesitation. I called them to request a septic tank pumping. Even though they had a very full schedule (since they were also servicing the county fair along with other businesses and private homes), they managed to fit me into their schedule, The young man who did the digging was professional and took the time to answer all the many questions I asked him. The actual pumping took little time. This was a project I was dreading having done, but it was done well and in a timely fashion. Great company!!"
