"I felt the need to write this review, although technically Greg and I have never done business. In the recent round of rain storms, my sump pump stopped working as it is supposed to, and I ended up with about 5 inches of groundwater in the basement. I was able to get the sump pump working again, but 3 days after it stopped raining, I was still getting a lot of water in the pit. I found a sticker for Contractors Waterfproofing, and figured they might of installed the system for the old owners, so I gave them a call. From the moment he picked up Greg was service oriented and responsive. He asked for my address to look up the job, and when he couldn't find it, he called back within 5 minutes to ask what was going on. I explained the problem, and he immediately told me that was normal for my part of town, and told me I just needed to replace the pump and I would be fine. He offered me a price that was half what his competitors charge, and was willing to explain the whole job in detail."

From beginning to end everyone we dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Dan was very helpful thoroughly explaining our options and giving us a fair estimate. The office staff were always friendly and helpful when we called them. Jeff, Dwayne and crew did a great job in the removal and installation of the new unit. They were very respectful and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed. The second project was the installation of a new well tank. "Rich from Rogue immediately called.we set up an appointment, which he arrived on time. My problem was with my up flush bathroom system. He identified the problem explained a new pump was needed. Within a short time it was all fixed. It was a pleasure having him in my home, he was extremely neat My bathroom was immaculate! He is definitely a pro!!"

They have been very busy I am told. $350 check has been cashed as I approved because they were here last week on first visit for 2 hours and they snaked the line,but the problem still exists. Waiting for a re-evaluation today as promised."
