Joe called very quickly after I left a message (on a Sunday!) and went through a lot of possible things to check in order to try to save my paying for a service call (much appreciated). They have been very busy I am told. $350 check has been cashed as I approved because they were here last week on first visit for 2 hours and they snaked the line,but the problem still exists.
