I had Hydro-static pressure and water coming in through my basement floors every time it rained, Gregg analyzed everything in a matter of seconds, gave me an absolute fair price, best in the industry, gave me a commercial quality job at my residence and even took care of relative issues that I had in my basement concerning the garage area, the level of the floor, and an old sump pump. Joe called very quickly after I left a message (on a Sunday!) and went through a lot of possible things to check in order to try to save my paying for a service call (much appreciated). Problem still present today. Collecting water in bucket from sink pipe. I have been talking to manager of company since last Thursday. Someone is supposed to come back today. They have been very busy I am told. $350 check has been cashed as I approved because they were here last week on first visit for 2 hours and they snaked the line,but the problem still exists. "This gentleman is a certified master plumber. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I called him at about 1:30 pm and he was at our house by 5:00 pm replacing our sump pump. Not only did he complete the work as required, he made some suggestions that should end up lengthening the service of the new sump pump (which was a better pump than that replaced).
