He is very knowledgeable, reliable, and careful. We have older units that were difficult to take apart and put back together; however, Ralph knew exactly what to do and handled the problem easily. He was very professional, careful of his surroundings, and cleaned up afterwards. He even helped us move some of the furniture back, which was unexpected and kind. Both my wife and I were impressed by his superior service. To top it off, Ralph is a great person! We are delighted with the wonderful job that he did. Highly recommend!"

"Rene and Maurico installed a new air conditioning unit in my home. They negotiated fairly and were responsive to my questions. A team of five arrived for the installation. They worked together like a well tuned machine. Everyone knew what they had to do and when to do it. There were no mistakes. They were here by 8:00 am and were finished by 4:30. They answered all my questioned and responded to my phone calls. They were polite and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves and left nothing damaged. More companies should operate like them.
