"This plumber had taken over accounts from our previous plumber that moved out of State. Rich was a great help. He took initiative to start the warranty process for a Boiler that was totally corroded within 4yrs. Rich also did the demolition removal of the old unit and installed the new unit. All done in 1 day. Great customer service. We would absolutely use this guy again."

"had a great experience with Resto Presto! I hired them to repair a leak in my home and complete some upgrades. The team was professional, helpful, and made the process much easier. I appreciate their work and would recommend them to anyone looking for home repairs and improvements!. Bill was detailed on the scope of work and guided me through the process of my insurance company"

"I sent a message to the company in the late evening regarding my broken central AC and Jason was here Tuesday morning to look at it. He tried to repair it but was not able to due to the age of the unit and the damage. We needed a new unit and he was here to put it in first thing Wednesday morning. Took him two hours and our AC was working. He was nice and professional. We felt the price was reasonable. Would use him again and recommend his business."

"Billy and his crew were an absolutely pleasure to work with. They exceeded my expectation to replace my boiler and hot water heater along with associated piping in record time working in concert with the GC to complete all work in 3 days. The finished work was neat and clean correcting errors with my original installation. All debris was removed each day. He ensured I was satisfied, kept me informed of the progress and what to expect. Upon leaving he made recommendations to have all my air valves replaced in my radiators and encouraged me to call with any questions. I appreciate the care he and his crew took with my home."

"I was very happy with my service call today! The repairman, Scott, was knowledgeable and pleasant and wore a mask and gloves throughout., so I felt safe, despite the pandemic. He serviced both of my central air systems and diagnosed the problem with the malfunctioning one and fixed it. By the time he left my house was already a much more pleasant place to be!"
