Vinny from NY HVAC was a true professional. He told me over the phone that I would get great work at the price he quoted. When he arrived, he explained everything in detail that should be done to my boiler and maintained the original quote he had given me over the phone even though he was adding in additional repairs for me. I had previously committed to doing business with another hvac company during the heat wave who did a horrible and incompetent job with my hvac system. "Great experience. Kevin performed the service and was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the time he was here. I had a lot of questions and he stopped to answer them all. He explained what he was planning to do and gave us tips on keeping the system clean and efficient. Really awesome guy! The equipment is all truck mounted so he didn't have to bring anything inside besides a few basic tools, so the place was left clean. Much appreciated! I spoke with Howard over the phone to set up the service and he was very nice and didn't push me to anything I didn't want or need, but explained all the services they can do. Price was reasonable for two zones ( two furnaces: attic and basement) and dryer vent cleaning. Whole job took about 3 hours. Thank you Kevin and Howard!"

"I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."

"I sent a message to the company in the late evening regarding my broken central AC and Jason was here Tuesday morning to look at it. He tried to repair it but was not able to due to the age of the unit and the damage. We needed a new unit and he was here to put it in first thing Wednesday morning. Took him two hours and our AC was working. He was nice and professional. We felt the price was reasonable. Would use him again and recommend his business."
