Vinny from NY HVAC was a true professional. He told me over the phone that I would get great work at the price he quoted. When he arrived, he explained everything in detail that should be done to my boiler and maintained the original quote he had given me over the phone even though he was adding in additional repairs for me. Just an overall nice guy and very clean work. It's tough to find an honest plumber that does great work and today I found one. "Great experience. Kevin performed the service and was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the time he was here. I had a lot of questions and he stopped to answer them all. He explained what he was planning to do and gave us tips on keeping the system clean and efficient. Really awesome guy! The equipment is all truck mounted so he didn't have to bring anything inside besides a few basic tools, so the place was left clean. Much appreciated! I spoke with Howard over the phone to set up the service and he was very nice and didn't push me to anything I didn't want or need, but explained all the services they can do. Price was reasonable for two zones ( two furnaces: attic and basement) and dryer vent cleaning. Whole job took about 3 hours. Thank you Kevin and Howard!"

"I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."
