"From the time Lenny contacted me EVERYTHING went smooth! I contacted them to have a bathroom vanity light installed and ended up upgrading my electric panel box! Being a new/first time home owner, From beginning to end Lenny and Rob explained everything to me. The other two gentleman that came and did the work as well were awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable of their craft! The job took no time and the PRICE AND FLEXIBILITY OF PAYMENT WAS AWESOME!!!!! They were flexible with time to complete the job and they even cleaned everything up! I am completely satisfied with their work and will use them in the future!! I highly recommend them!! THANKS LENNY!"

"We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. They had a plumber replace our heating baseboard, I would highly recommend H&M if you want excellent work done!!"

"Two guys showed up after texting me that they were on their way. Put down tarp on floor, wiped their feet when coming inside and asked questions to make sure everything was clear on project and some slight options. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again. 24 hour turnaround from first call to finish installation of an attic fan on one of the hottest days of the year."

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

On average, a bathroom fan lasts between five and ten years. The fan's lifespan depends on its quality, installation, and frequency of use. You can extend its life with regular cleaning and by promptly addressing any issues. Common signs that you need a new fan include mold growth, a burning smell, unusually loud noises during operation, or lingering odors in the bathroom. If your fan is no longer working as well as it once did, consider replacing it. The cost to install a new bathroom fan is typically between $240 and $550.

Wood stove fans are designed to operate quietly, emitting only a subtle hum from their motor. This low noise level ensures minimal disruption in your living space, allowing you to enjoy the warmth without distraction. The fan blades, which are engineered for efficient air circulation, contribute to the overall quiet operation. This makes wood stove fans a practical choice for maintaining a peaceful environment while effectively distributing heat throughout your room or home.

Yes, dust and pollen on a fan can trigger allergy attacks in many people. Additionally, fan blades can hold onto potentially dangerous bacteria particles before they die out. That’s why it’s important to keep all of the fans in your home clean and dust-free, which will help avoid any sickness or allergy flare-ups.

Selection relies on matching fan size and power to attic volume and ensuring compatibility with home electrical systems and ventilation requirements.

In short, no. You can use the square footage range chart in this article to determine the right size ceiling fan for both indoor and outdoor spaces. However, weather elements can damage types of ceiling fans that aren't designed for outdoor use, so your ceiling fan should be weather-resistant if you plan to install it outside.
