I asked Neli to stop charging me, and nothing happened, I then went to the "live chat" option on their website and asked how to stop getting charged, I Never got an answer and they just kept charging me, Then they requested that I rate the CHAT!!! "My 72 year old single mom was just taken for $484 and her washer still doesn’t work. Now she’s told not worth it to put any more $$ into it!!! So $485 for NOTHING. Hung up on me when I called on her behalf. Should really be ashamed of himself taking advantage of the elderly. Told him that if he couldn’t help her I was going to write a bad review…he said “go ahead” and hung up on me."
