"My 72 year old single mom was just taken for $484 and her washer still doesn’t work. Now she’s told not worth it to put any more $$ into it!!! So $485 for NOTHING. Hung up on me when I called on her behalf. Should really be ashamed of himself taking advantage of the elderly. Told him that if he couldn’t help her I was going to write a bad review…he said “go ahead” and hung up on me."
