"I have a wind storm in my town and that extremely damage the siding on one side of my property. Special Construction is a good contractor to work with. They are very responsable about what the doing. Mr. Andres always answers the phone if you need to express your concern. They came on time and they did a good job in a timely manner . Also they have the proper equipment and tools. I was very happy to be able to put My project in good hands like their and I will say if I need it in the future I will use them again."

"I highly recommend Onn Point Restoration. Our back deck was originally built one story off the ground on sloping fill material and a previous owner added a roof structure to it after a bunch of settlement had already occurred. As a result, it was really wonky and challenging to fix. The footings were also shifting and at least one of the support posts was rotting. We hired Onn Point to level out the deck and replace the existing footings with new, deeper footings. They successfully decoupled the roof from the deck using temporary supports so they could level everything out. They also carefully dug the new footing holes all the way to bedrock by hand and drilled in rebar to ensure the new footings would not move. They knew the footing depth was important to me and showed me each completed excavation before they poured the concrete. Communication was excellent and the price was very reasonable."

"They were prompt, courteous and efficient. For the potentially dangerous situation they had to put themselves in, the cost was well worth it. Also, I had used them in early April of 2015 when several pieces of siding on the 2nd floor of the house became dislodged and some fell to the ground. Serge and his assistant were prompt, courteous and reasonably priced as well. This was for labor only.
