Great service! They were very honest about what could be done with the dryer and quoted the price for two options, which were reasonable. I am completely happy with their service and would definitely recommend them 100%.

Called for service at 10:30 on a Thursday. Spoke to Dave. Asked for service after 3 PM. Arrived 3:45 PM. Dave went through a troubleshooting process - explaining as he went - eliminating all the simple problems. Conclusion was that the 14 year old refrigerator was beyond repair: that it would be expensive and could not be sure the problem would be fixed.

Fine! Came out 2 weeks faster than the appliance sales and repair place could do. Not cheap, but worth it.

Dave came within a couple of hours of our initial call, and was able to quickly diagnose and correct the problem. (We had checked the breaker, but forgot about the seldom used cutoff switch tucked away on the kitchen wall, which had somehow gotten turned off.) Dave apologized for having to charge us for a service call, but we told him we've spent larger amounts of money on stupider things. :-)

Junked to freezer rather to repair. I respected the fact he was straight up with me.

My husband wanted to buy a new one but I didn't want to give up on the washer since I loved the model. Dave Calhoun came over the same day we spoke on the phone and the lock switch was replaced and the washer was running within a half hour! He's the definition of good service at a fair price!

Dave came very prepared with the parts he needed and fixed my fridge and then I had him fix my washer. He was very prompt and called me to let me know he was on his way!

When your refrigerator breaks down, you want help immediately. Mr. Calhoun came within 2 hrs and the repair was done very quickly. Personable and experienced. Would definitely recommend him to friends.

He was wonderful. It went really well. He is reasonable. He was on-time, he was quick, he fixed it, it was great. He was very personable, very knowledgeable, and he was really good. We were very happy with him.

He was on time, did the work quickly and well. He was very professional and showed me the part and what was wrong. The price was very reasonable.

I called and left a message at 7 pm on a Thursday night. My dryer which is less than two years old suddenly stopped working. Surprisingly he called me back about an hour later. We made arrangements for him to come the following morning. He arrived on time and went straight to work. It took him about half an hour to open , repair, and close the dryer. He explained the problem and repair to me and offered good advice for a future purchase. He is very trustworthy, reliable and charges reasonable fees. I would definitely continue to use him in the future.
