It's been a few months, so I can't remember the service date or how much I spent. I do know he came and looked at my wash machine, and it needed an electrical panel, so he ordered it. From what I remember it took a few days for the part to come in. When it came in, he called and since he was in the area (it was around 8:30pm) he asked if I wanted him to come over so he could put it in. Of course, I agreed and in less than 20 min, it was in and my wash machine was once again operational.

He arrived exactly when he said he would and went right to work and repaired my washer. He cleaned up his mess and was ready to go to his next customer. I have called him for other appliances in the past and he consistently does a good job and is reasonably priced. Once, he told me it would cost me more to repair my dryer than it was worth. I was pretty much expecting that because it was 20 years old, but it was nice that he was honest about it. That is the only time he charged me for a service call and I think it was $20, certainly reasonable.
