"This was our second remodeling project with Four Points, and just like the first, we couldn’t be happier! Four Points installed new quartz countertops and other upgrades in our kitchen. Jim and his crew were meticulous in their work to ensure the new countertops fit properly with our existing cabinets and backsplash. I’m sure this was trickier than a complete remodel, but they pulled it off without a hitch, and it looks fabulous! They also did a great job remodeling our powder room. Jim and Missie were very accommodating in giving me the time I needed to make selections. They patiently answered my questions, both before and during the project. My husband and I are already looking forward to our next project with Four Points!"

"I worked with Richard Doyle directly. He and his staff are super nice, professional and honest. Richard has been doing wood working and remodeling for over 30 years and has a excellent reputation. I gave a "B" on price only because he sells and does quality work. So it is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for! So no - it's really a "A" but it is high end quality. I had this idea for a dream kitchen and he made it come true. I wanted "Zebra wood" frameless cabinets and he was the only reseller for the company that I thought could deliver the product that I wanted. Turned out the cabinet website pictures were not really what they sold as far as finishes. We spent months finding all the right manufactures to make the cabinets and do the veneers. He loved the challenge and really never charged me for the time he put in to get it right and it was right! These are not Ikea flimsy frameless cabinets. Mine have dovetail joints and solid wood with soft close hardware. 1963 kitchen and bath to 2030 modern. Love it."

"Beautifully. Jim came out as scheduled and found that the leaking toilet was cracked. Since it is in the only bathroom on the 2nd floor, we needed a replacement pronto. Kim in the showroom helped us find a suitable replacement in stock, and this was installed the next day. Less than 24 hours from start to finish. Jim did a first-rate installation working around an uneven tile floor."

"Crew of 7 worked 7 am (dawn) to 5 pm (dusk) in early December, hard-working & smooth working team, with foreman on site + project manager that checked in daily. Foreman checked in with me regularly as work progressed. Founder of this longtime family business came at the end to review job and receive payment. Removed old roof, replaced plywood underlayment, flashing as needed. Found source of ALL the leaks, installed flashing where it had been missing to prevent future issues. Looks GREAT!. Minor issue: quality of wood trim that had to be removed & then replaced; needs carpenter skills, not a strong part of their skill set, so I will have that upgraded in the spring."

"It was great. Jay is great to work with. He's a natural teacher, and always makes sure you understand what he's doing and why he's doing it. Jay himself serves as project manager, and has an extensive list of people who work with him. He works hard to make sure you're getting the best price and he advocates on your behalf whenever needed. Jay himself is very good at checking in regularly to make sure the job is going well, and if its not, he gets people back on track and ensures that they're doing what they're supposed to be doing. He gets extra credit for getting the job finished up the day before Christmas. I've had no ice damming since the work was done, and my house is clearly warmer and tighter now. I have been very happy with his work, and fully intend to hire him again in the spring for a bathroom remodel and other projects."
