"Thank you! It was a pleasure to work with you to help ensure the safety of your home. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any future electrical needs."
run from the basement up behind the wall, a tweak on the circuit breaker
and outlet installation near the fireplace. I also purchased a whole
house surge protector installation as well has two flush mounted
recessed lights. These items were discussed and I chose to have the additional work done on second visit. I feel confident that the work was done professionally
and safely. Brian is easy to work with and personable. Overall, very
pleased with the new modern feel of the room.

"Customer requested commercial style receptacles and switches be installed threw out home in place of existing devices. The commercial devices are more expensive than the standard residential device we explained that to the customer customer approved cost and we proceeded with the work. The customer paid for the additional labor and material cost when we finished that day Customer was completely satisfied with the work and scheduled an other appointment to do the second floor of the home"
Provider was on time. Very nice guy.
I purchased a deal for $99 for 2 hours worth of electrical work.
Originally, I wanted my pendant light in the foyer to be replaced (ceiling height about 17'), but he said deal did not include lights that were that high up, so it would be about $300-350 to install that light. I opted out of having him install that light.
Had him replace my downstairs ceiling fan with a new one. When he took down the old one, he noticed it did not have a ceiling fan box, so I paid an additional $40 for the box and had him install it. It took about an hour and 45 minutes for the fan to be installed. I did notice a screw that was missing at the top of the fan base and found it in the carpet and will have to screw that in.
I had a hallway light I wanted replaced, he hooked it up. It was a bit tricky to attach on to the bracket, my husband and I had already installed 4 of these lights in the house, so I was familiar with it and attached it to the bracket. The light is a tad loose and is not flush with the ceiling, so we will have to readjust it and tighten the screws to make it flush.
Overall, work got done, provider was very kind, we had great conversation, probably a bit too much conversation. I was worried with all the talking that I may not get 2 hours worth of work.
I'm not sure that this deal is the best, as each electrician takes different amounts of time to do work.
"customer is a The customer wanted to perform work rather than pay a professional. They wanted advice on various electrical issues and the repair. Customer was completely satisfied when we left the home."
"The original call was for several wiring issues threw out home. The issues that were corrected, were to the complete satisfaction of the gentleman that was present that day. However their were other issues we could not fix do to time, customer needed to leave the home. We left the home with the understanding customer would call to schedule work when time permitted. We returned to the home corrected any issues customer had with original call and repaired several other issues at no charge."
My dissatisfaction is not with the quality of the work, rather the billing for "additional" time. I was charged an additional hour, ($119). but the fellow was only here an additional 1/2 hr.
When I called to schedule the service and describe what I needed, I asked if I should get a new fixture as I was not sure if it needed a new ballast or a new fixture. I was told it was not necessary as he would likely have the parts with him. It turned out the fixture needed to be replaced as he did not have a fixture with him. So i went out to buy a new fixture which took approx 40 mins of the service time.
The amount I stated for cost of service included the cost of an overhead fixture that I purchased. The cost of the service excluding this fixture was approx. $250.
"We were at your home for 3 hours. The deal you purchased was for 2 hours,(labor only) you were charged for the additional time. The work performed at your home was reviewed with you and you were completely satisfied when our technician left your home."
"The work area was clean when we left your home. We pride ourselves on leaving our work area better than we found it. We treat your home like our own. Their was a lot of activity in your home that day, if we missed something , We apologize"
