"We just had a re-roof job completed by Xterior PRO. There were two layers of shingles. Although we didn't have leaking problems, the shingles were probably more than 25 years old and some were being blown off by storms, so we didn't want to wait for any leaks before re-roofing. The estimate provide by Xterior PRO was one of the lowest I received, but the quality was excellent. They even installed a very rugged flashing along our chimney that required cutting notches in the bricks; and this was included at no additional cost. A new attic vent was also installed, also at no additional cost! The only additional cost was a minor charge for replacing a few sheets of plywood. Our neighbors had another company re-roof their homes for a much higher price, for less roof area. I highly recommend Xterior PRO based on my experience with them, and will seek additional work from them in the future, since they also install siding and gutters."

Had photos of old roof vs new roof where I can compare the quality of their work services . I like the way they presented during estimation showing the materials actual wood they are installing. "Our experience with Xterior Solutions went very well. We inquired about getting a roof replacement and they quickly contacted us and scheduled an initial visit. The rep provided an overview of what would be done, explained the materials that would be used and provided an estimate of what the work would cost. We then took a few weeks to explore the different roofing colors to determine which one we'd like best on our house. We visited their small showroom to view samples, borrowed samples to take back to our house and even drove by a few homes that had prior work by Xterior Solutions to see the shingles. After deciding to move forward with the project, the provided a tentative start date and later contacted us a few days before the start date to confirm and provide some information on what to expect while the work was in progress. The crew showed up as expected on the start date and was able to strip and replace our entire roof in one day. The were able to protect a flower garden near the house by draping tarps over the plantings. After the roof was installed, the yard was clean up very well and the roof looks great! "Used this company years ago and they came now as a result of an Angies List $49 deal for a roof assessment with pictures and minor repairs.  The review was comprehensive but I'm thinking it was what they would do for any prospective customer who requests an estimate.  Not sure there was a benefit to purchasing the Angies List deal.  I also think that the representative was overselling with a recommendation for a roof rebuild and some other services that a mason and other roofing contractors said I did not need.  The estimate they provided was just for the roof replacement.  All that said, I still think it is a good company and will probably end up choosing them.  They did systematic follow-ups to see if I had any questions, etc. until I told them I'd contact them when I was ready.
