MJA Contracting did a lot of work on my house as stated above from the roof to new windows siding a new deck around my pool cement some exterior doors will changed they did woodwork around my windows and the interior of the house everything was as discussed we knew the prices up front and the time frame that the work would be done. It was a pleasure dealing with this company and I would definitely recommend anyone to use them I definitely will be in the future.

Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely recommend MJA to anyone considering inside or outside renovation or repairs; they're honest and give a fair price and will go through things step by step with you which nearly impossible to find and a real treasure once you do.

It went great so happy with the job they're expertise and professionalism is unsurpassed the best explanation Manny is my new go to contractor for my exterior work I had been renovating old houses for 40 yrs and never had a job done so smoothly and expertly. The team that came to work on our house was amazing! They were so kind and considerate of us and our house. Myself and my father has used MJA Contracting for two roofs in our houses in Jersey City. Both times Manuel and his team has taken good care of us and installed good roofs. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

MJA Contracting LLC/ Manuel Aguayza. They did a good job, they are very professional, Punctual and very Organize. Mr. Aguayza came to my house to check the roof and he explain in detail what kind of work needed to be done and how long it was going to take. The job was finish on time and they left the place clean I will recommend this company to my freinds

The only way to describe MJA are in these words.. THE BEST in the BUSINESS !! Manuel and his family partners came in to review the Structural integrity of my house and they were able to give me a green light and affordable proposal to my project and budget. Manuel and his crew, which are ALL family members are very professional. They show up every morning at 7:30am and worked 10hr days every day including Saturdays until the job was done. They all are very courteous and polite. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. They cleaned up every day like they were never there. Nothing but compliments to MJA from my surrounding neighbors. My ongoing project looked SO GOOD that my neighbor from down the Street also hired them, after a tree came down on her house due to a storm. Her project description is same as my own shown above. After checking in with her and also following her project, I feel she is also equally satisfied. I’m sure she will also write a review soon. I have several of other up-grades left to do on my house and it’s nice to have confidence in a Contractor that’s very professional and honest. I highly recommend MJA Contracting 100% !

Very dependable and professional work. They were able to identify why we were having problems with roof, leaky window, gutters, etc and addressed/fixed the problem. Definitely had more confidence in their work than with any other contractor we have hired over the past 15 years in our house.

Manuel, the owner of MJA, is one of the last of a breed of honest and conscientious contractors. His quote for a complete roof replacement was very, and I mean VERY reasonable. The work was done quickly and efficiently by a polite and hard working crew who left my property neat and tidy at the end of each working day. Even though he was managing several projects at the time, Manuel was on the site every day and working right beside his men. Our roof was extremely old, so there were a few surprises that added to the budget, but Manuel alerted us immediately and thought out of the box to give us the most cost-effective solutions. The final cost was still less than competitors' initial estimates. Don't hesitate to use this company. You will be in good, dependable, and trustworthy hands.

Manny and his crew were great!  His crew would show up every morning and work all day until the job was done.  Very courteous and polite.  They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly.  The guys were very detailed oriented to give the house a little more polished look.  Every night they would clean up like they were never there.  Manny was not pushy with any particular brand of materials, but made great suggestions and steered us in the right direction with quality material.  I highly recommend MJA Contracting!
