So they were Johnny on the spot on returning calls and getting the roof done in whats installed not a word. In less than a year of insulation they were out of business. Very frustrating as we are going to have to get someone else and pay them if we need any warranty work done. We did a lot of homework before we hired them and got the shaft.

The company went out of business. Bad People. We have many leaks and have to pay another company to do the roof all over again. they have many law suits against them so we will probably get nothing. Why hurt people just do the right thing!

Had them install a new roof on a house we bought in October 2021. Did a great job then and we had a leak a year later that was repaired promptly. The same leak has started again, and I can't get in touch with anyone. Believe they have gone out of business now as emails are returned as non-deliverable and phone number is disconnected.

have had the same problems with Walsh Roofing Services that George P and Dale W have had. We initially thought they did a good job, but once the job was completed and paid in full, it was impossible to reach anyone in the company when there was a problem. Since February, I have had 2 issues that I needed to talk to someone about, and after numerous phone calls, leaving messages, and even sending a certified letter to the owner, we have not received a response. The first issue was a letter I received from one of Walsh's suppliers stating that their bill had not been paid. It notified me that I would be responsible if the bill is not paid by Walsh, and it even threatened to put a lien against my property. No response from Walsh after numerous phone calls to discuss this. (The supplier eventually told me that the bill had been paid after 5 weeks.) The second issue has to do with the hardware that was installed on the roof. I had contracted and paid for hurricane clips. After the job was completed, I had a wind mitigation inspection from an independent inspector. The report states that the hardware that they installed are not hurricane clips. Again, no response from Walsh after I called them and sent a certified letter. Their lack of response makes me wonder whether they will even honor their 10-year warranty if there is a leak. My recommendation would be to hire another roofing contractor, not Walsh!

Great at sales, quick for install. ZERO responsive to warranty calls. This is my second time calling them for a leak on a 2 year old roof. I have been waiting weeks for a call back. The first time it took me writing a bad review before they called me back after 8 days of constant calls. Now I called 3 days in a row and waited 2 weeks, still no response. These people donâ t care about you after they collect your money. I will have no choice but to contact a lawyer next for breach of contract for not honoring their warranty. Avoid this company at all costs.

We talked to about 8 or 9 roofing companies before we decided on one and Trey came out several times and was very knowledgeable and friendly each time. He took the time to explain things and answer any questions my parents had. When we finally decided on Walsh roofing didnâ t waste anytime. Within a week we had an install date and the following week we had a new roof. The crew was fast, efficient, and most of all considerate and courteous ( I have 2 large dogs that needed outside frequently). The price was as quoted and was done on time one of my neighbors said they were the quietest roofers ever seen in the neighborhood. I am very happy with my roof!!!!

So we called Walsh Roofing and from the very start were treated with the utmost professionalism beginning with the sale consultant, Trey. He walked us thru the entire project, provided a fair cost analysis and came to our home personally to make final arrangements. The 8-man roofing crew completed the job in just 2 days, cleaned up and were great. The follow-up on-site afterwards by Walsh Roofing (Randy) occurred the very next day after completion. They communicated throughout the project informing of the delivery schedule and start date. They made replacing my roof easy.

Mitch was able to give us choices on the shingle styles, colors and manufacture. Everything went as Mitch describe from the drop-off of the clean-up trailer, protection of the shrubs around our home, removal of the old shingles, install of our new roof to the final clean-up and walk thru. Walsh Roofing Services did a great job on our new roof! They have 3 different level of roofing packages to choose from to fit every budget. Also a large selection of shingles to choose from. The company always answered the phone and answered all our questions. The crew was very courteous and worked hard! They re-roofed our home in just 2 days! After they made two separate sweeps around the perimeter to make sure there were no nails or debris left behind. The dumpster was removed from our driveway the very next day and they provided us with a wind mitigation report for our insurance company. We were very happy with our first new roof experience!
