For example, we had a fabric issue with our 40 outdoor chairs that developed after the warranty. The cost to change would have been tens of thousands of dollars but the manufacturer handle the out of warranty issue at no cost to us, which I believe was due to inson’s relationship and advocacy on our behalf. "In early April 2025, my wife and I purchased a home in Cochecton, NY. Although, it was in immediate move in condition, as always, there an issue that needs to be taken care of. For one of those issues, we reached out to Angi’s list, in in about 30 seconds, we received a call from Wilson Gomez, and in about 45 seconds, he was in our basement. We discussed the issue at hand, and to our surprise, Wilson thought it was not an issue, hence, he was about to leave, obviously without a job. We then asked him about the basement floor, which was then all concrete. What happened next was a conversion, from just a regular concrete floor to a beautiful, laminated floor, plus the encasement of our boiler system, and HVAC. This job was done over a span of two days. And we overly satisfied, with the entire project. We then had him construct an outdoor vegetable garden structure, to protect our potential vegetables from the neighborhood deer’s. Wilson deserves a "AAA", rating."
