"Basement Renovation. Work began on Feb 3. The Government imposed a work stoppage due to Covid-19 on Mar 22. Work resumed on May 15. Work completed on Jun 8. Proworks did an outstanding job renovating our basement. John and his team efficiently completed each phase providing design tips and suggestions along the way as we requested changes here and there during the build process. We would use Proworks again and highly recommend them!"

For example, we had a fabric issue with our 40 outdoor chairs that developed after the warranty. The cost to change would have been tens of thousands of dollars but the manufacturer handle the out of warranty issue at no cost to us, which I believe was due to inson’s relationship and advocacy on our behalf.
