Signed a contract to replace half the roof for $5000 after assurance of no hidden cost and nominal cost for replacing some plywood. Due to rough weather the job was performed 3 weeks after signing. The roofer did not cover the roof with tarp and also spoke to Allstate who denied all my claims for damages. I was billed $1600 in addition to $5000. I have paid the $5000 but I deem the extra billing excessive. I was not informed of the cost for approval. I am willing to come to terms with the contractor and would like Angie’s list to review and work out a compromise. It also points to the level of service offered by the two contractors referred by your company. One bid for $2500 and precision roofing came in at $5000. I signed with Precision because of their assurances as an established company with a fixed cost. It has turned out not to be the case.

Overall the experience was much better than expected. The initial call was quickly returned. A professional quote was received via email along with a Certificate Of Insurance. The job was completed with no visible signs they were here... except it rained very heavily that night and the roof did not leak. LOL! I received an Invoice via email the next day and promptly paid via snail mail this morning.

It went well. They did a great job. We had a leak on the roof between the sky light and they did an excellent job at sealing it. They came back and resealed it so they sealed it twice. They did a great job and we have not had any leaks. I would use them in the future.

Not good. They ruined my skylights when they were stripping the roof...they said it was their fault but they wouldn't fix or replace...the ownership is beyond irresponsible...

new roof installed. Cricket installed. Source of leak - not repaired, in fact, had a leak in the same place the following year! Work was found to be lacking in one area of the roof - something had been installed upside down, lending to water seepage. They were not very responsive when told there was a leak in the same area the following year.

Everyone I dealt with from the moment of first contact was great. They were professional, knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend Precision Roofing.

The crew was on time every day and were very efficient.  Some portions of the plywood roofing had to be replaced after the old roofing was removed and this was also done very efficiently. They were here for two days and cleaned up after each work day. We are  pleased with the final results and would recommend Precision Roofing.

Inspector came and did a thorough exam of the roof ,chimney flashing, gutters, etc. He was very professional and gave good advice on maintenance and upkeep of roof. Will use this company for future needs.

Precision was on time, efficient and went above and beyond the scope of work contracted.  Cleand up and entire crew was professional.

My very large roof was damaged by Sandy and then a subsequent storm in early
2013.  We lost many shingles and replacement and patching was just not
practical. I contacted Precision based on a neighbor's recommendation and I
included Precision in my gathering of estimates.  I am so glad that I
chose them.  Nick and Tom were real professionals.  A detailed
explanation was received after a full and thorough examination was
preformed.  They handled and negotiated on my behalf with the insurance
company which resulted in a higher than expected claim resolution.  The
work was performed as scheduled.  Thier crew was neat, courteous and
fast.  The total job was completed in about 4 days. (6600 sq. ft.) 
The result was amazing.  The roof is beautiful and the workmanship and follow-up
was impeccable.  I highly recommend Precision for their craftsmanship,
attention to detail and trustworthiness.

Precision Roofing were fine. They did the job and the roof has been fine, it's been raining a lot and it's been okay. I have no complaints as far as that is concerned. My main thing was having the roof repaired and they did it. I may use them again.

They did a really good job. We recently developed a leak and they came out, but never gave us a quote that they were going to send us. There was a communication problem. Then they came out, which was nice because it was the day of the storm, they did say that it would be fine in the storm and they would send us an estimate for the work that we should have done. We never got an estimate. The first time the quality was good.

I completed the whole transaction over the internet and with a fax.  They came on the day stated and finished in one day.  Everything was exactly as per the contract.  The workers were great, polite and professional.  No down payment.  I sent a check when the work was done.  After the workers left I noticed two drain spouts that were too long.  I emailed the company about the problem and they returned in one week to correct it.  I give them 4 Stars and would definitely recommend them

Excellent, they were very neat and done in one day. Very attentive to detail, informative about the process and were quick to respond to any questions we had. Took time to ensure we were satisfied and had great followup. Would definitely recommend, especially with the lifetime warranty offered, which gives you additional peace of mind.

The entire transaction was done completely through email and a couple of phone calls.  They emailed me the contract and I faxed it back signed.  They were polite, professional and went above and beyond to accommodate me.  I told them the date I wanted the work done and they were here 8:30 AM that day.  The workers were just as great as the office.  They did extra (removed trees that interfered with gutters - no extra charge)  I felt confident leaving them working to keep an appointment.  by the time I got back they had been done waiting for me to make sure I was satisfied.  They did a great job and the product appears quality.  I mailed a check the following week.  At that time I sent an email stating that two downspouts were left too  long and requested how could I shorten them.  I was told that they would send the workers when they are in the area to fix it for me.  I lead a busy life and really appreciated the easiness and little time this whole process took.  Oh yes.....And I am also very very satisfied with the quality of the work done.  I would definite recommend this company

They are excellent. They are professional. They know what they are doing. They had crews staggered. They had the first crew here and 3 hours later, they had the shingle crew here. One side was being shingled while they worked on the other side.

Crew arrived on site on time, with boss, who set the strategy for the mechanics. Team arrived with all tools and materials, and worked a good eight hours, with one short break at lunch time. Cleanup was meticulous. Although I did not get up on the roof, my telephoto pictures showed good details of the steps carried out, and the result looks much better than before. The crew described incorrect fitting of the old flashings they removed in favor of the new work. (Per agreement, contractor used my shingles, left over from previous roofing job.)

The crew was very prompt and responsive to me. They used really good products as well as had a great color selection. Very personable and on time crew. I love when people ask who did our roof and they have lifetime warranty!
