Mr. Brian Mitchell, the owner and his crew (Leo, Jose, Ricardo, Rudy) are highly trained professionals and great people to do business with. Attention to all details, to all my feisty tastes, changes, ideas. Answers to all my questions, great verbal, e-mail and texting communications with all required pictures. Very good pricing, accurate, no surprises. They sent all electric, gas, water/sewer companies to mark the entire area in preparation for work. They removed old pond, waterfall, replaced water piping with new one, hidden under concrete. All cleaning after each day of work. They have all the machines and tools needed for masonry, granite, trees, flowers, grass, etc. I had a wonderful experience and can't wait to continue working with this crew for the back of my house, driveway, etc. Didn't stop to what was written in contract, added little details with pleasure, no overcharge. "Mike from MFS Masonry has an excellent staff. Very professional, excellent workmanship. I couldn't be happier. Mike stopped by from time to time but his crew didn't need to be monitored. They are hardworking and punctual. My patio, sidewalks and stairs are beautiful. Everything in the work area was put back to rights, grass seed was applied, even mulch. No small item was left undone. If I need more work like this in the future, that is the company I will hire. Another impressing note, when Mike first came to give me an estimate, he had samples of the pavers in his truck. I didn't have to look at a book and try to imagine it. I could see the items. And once he listened to what I was interested in doing he provided me with suggestions based on his experience. Win-win."
