"It was a great experience. Jack came out to see the stuff in the unit and was able to provide a binding agreement shortly thereafter. He was also able to coordinate the move for two days later. The movers Wes and Randy (?) were terrific! These guys were so patient moving boxes and furniture out the way as I sorted through suff in the unit to get what I needed. When we got to the new place they moved everything swiftly in but couldn’t get my sofa on the elevator. They had to carry it up three flights of a TIGHT stairwell. Lenore was awesome through out the whole process, she took the time to explain the pricing which was extremely competitive. There was a little miscommunication on my end which ended up with us getting a smaller truck that would not fit all of our items. I called Lenore to let her know the truck was too small, within 15 minutes we had a larger truck. We had Mike, Darryl, and Troy who handled all our furniture.
