When we got to the new place they moved everything swiftly in but couldn’t get my sofa on the elevator. They had to carry it up three flights of a TIGHT stairwell. Lenore was awesome through out the whole process, she took the time to explain the pricing which was extremely competitive. There was a little miscommunication on my end which ended up with us getting a smaller truck that would not fit all of our items. I called Lenore to let her know the truck was too small, within 15 minutes we had a larger truck. We had Mike, Darryl, and Troy who handled all our furniture.
