Leonard explained the pros and cons of both, and I ended up getting the whole driveway resurfaced with the problem areas cut out, and repaired down to the dirt and rocks filled. They "shimmed" the areas that weren't level, then completely resurfaced my entire 7200 sqft driveway. The entire job was done in 2 days, and the project was scheduled 2 weeks from when I called to make the appointment. The driveway looks great, and is probably good for another 20 years. Attention to all details, to all my feisty tastes, changes, ideas. Answers to all my questions, great verbal, e-mail and texting communications with all required pictures. Very good pricing, accurate, no surprises. They sent all electric, gas, water/sewer companies to mark the entire area in preparation for work. They removed old pond, waterfall, replaced water piping with new one, hidden under concrete. All cleaning after each day of work. They have all the machines and tools needed for masonry, granite, trees, flowers, grass, etc. I had a wonderful experience and can't wait to continue working with this crew for the back of my house, driveway, etc. Didn't stop to what was written in contract, added little details with pleasure, no overcharge. "It went well. Price seemed reasonable, and work commenced only a few days after the first payment. The whole job took about a week. The large boulder proved difficult, but the workers managed to clear it with a jackhammer. A reasonable fee was negotiated for this. one week later, we had our new pool patio, wall, and steps. Our front roof downspout was re-routed around the pool and a U-drain was installed to direct runoff from the patio away from the house. Everything was done as agreed and Mr. Sheehan was very responsive."
