"Slower than expected; due to rain and storms. Normally a crew of 4 experienced painters showed up at 9 am and often stayed until 5:30 or 6 pm. They laid tarps everywhere and were respectful to our neighbors. Excellent detail and trim work. They stored all equipment and replaced deck furniture daily. Excellent crew. Quiet and efficient."

Ray went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the stain stripping process and patiently worked with us to trial 4 stain colors before finding the perfect product for the re-staining work. The crew was careful not to cause unnecessary damage and always cleaned up at the end of each day. The stripping work was very labor intensive, but the crew stuck with it, and we are very happy with the finished product. Our log home is 'beautiful' again. I left a message and Paul called back in less than 5 minutes.  Paul came out to give an estimate within 3 days and within one week, was here to do the work.  Paul and Michael arrived promptly.  Mike stayed to do the work.  It was tedious as the wall paper border was being stubborn.  It looks great and is ready to be painted.  The clean up was thorough and everything was back in place just as it was upon their arrival.  Paul came back to check to be sure all was good with the work.  It sure was!
