"I hired Ray & his crew to clean up my deck & paint/stain my deck. The lower level a big drop off as there was a pool there. "He did a fine job. The drywall work was great, but I will never use him again because I just didn't like him. I did not have to pay more than the big deal price. He seemed very rushed, he was on the phone, he hardly spoke to me, he came in and did the work, and he did a great job. I showed him some other things in my house, and he said he could do that, and he could do that, but he was in and out of here in 20 minutes. I wasn't going to call him again because he could have done those in the time frame. He said I should give him a call. I felt like I was an interruption in his day. I didn't like the way he treated me. He was a smoker and I generally do not hire people who smoke, he had an odor. I had no problem with the work he did. He gave me advise on some things. I showed him where it had leaked on the ceiling. I have nothing negative about his work. He was very responsive, and he came earlier than he was supposed to, and he called me to ask if it was okay. He made me feel like I had hired him for that job, and once the job was done, he was done.  He came in and took care of what I had intended, but he could have done other things. He seemed to be in a rush to finish and get out. I am sure he had another job to go to."

"Maria and her team were very professional and courteous. They worked well together and hardly ever took breaks. This team hand brushed the entire house and it looks great. Clean-up was well done too. Maria was one of the only painters in the area that was willing to work us into her very busy schedule. She knew we had a very strict timeline and the job had to be finished quickly (we had renters arriving). Despite all the rain we had last week and an unfortunate personal issue, they got the job done just in time. I'm grateful for Maria and her team and their diligence.
