"Slower than expected; due to rain and storms. Normally a crew of 4 experienced painters showed up at 9 am and often stayed until 5:30 or 6 pm. They laid tarps everywhere and were respectful to our neighbors. Excellent detail and trim work. They stored all equipment and replaced deck furniture daily. Excellent crew. Quiet and efficient."

"Overall, Mark (owner of Nail & Pails) was extremely professional and personable, and our counter top looks beautiful. Mark returned our phone call in a timely manner and was very prompt in responding to our inquiry, scheduling a visit within the week. He came to see us for a consultation to determine if the job was within the scope of his ability, which it was, and we discussed the specific details of our situation (extending counter top, not having a beveled edge, L corner, floating installation). We purchased our counter top from another retail store and Mark worked around the arrival schedule as we waited for it to come in. He also quoted us a specific price and a specific amount of time to complete the job. As far as the actual work goes, Mark was extremely detailed oriented and he took special precaution when combining the two counter tops at the corner. Rather than just gluing at the corner, he created a system to combine them underneath to create a tight joint, and used glue as a secondary support. This is just one example of how he went above and beyond expectations to provide us with a better service. Though Mark worked diligently, it took him a few extra hours to complete the job. He honored his original price despite working extra hours and was very thorough with the clean up afterward; he even volunteered to take away some of the extra old counter top! We did have some unforeseen house issues arise throughout the installation, and Mark had solutions to each one, but he also informed us of approximate prices while he was fixing the problems so we were not taken by surprise when our total was slightly higher than the quoted price. Throughout the process, Mark offered solutions to other kitchen remodeling questions (cabinet wall space, tile backsplash, etc.) and he volunteered to help us with other projects if we needed help. At the end of this process, we have a beautifully installed counter top that has held up well over time. Additionally, Mark was easy to talk to and very pleasant. I would absolutely recommend Nails & Pails for other handyman projects to both family and friends, and I will likely be using his services again in the future!"

Never finished husband's bath and bailed on the other. No refund issued, owes me $1600! His contract Is a joke, has incorrect address. If a contractor is available when you ask beware. All the good ones are booked."

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"My initial contact with Leelands was 10 years ago. I really admired the work they had done on my neighbors house. I just couldn't afford slate repair or replacement at the time. The employees were always courteous and patient. Fast forward to May 2018, I had exhausted all the patching my roof could take. I contacted Leelands, Donna promptly scheduled Luke to come out for an estimate. Luke was on time and provided honest feedback. I recieved a Photo Report, Field Condition Report and Proposals a few weeks later. It took me a few more months to decide how to proceed. In October, Leelands sent Gabriel and Miguel to make the repairs. They were prompt, courteous and worked diligently to finish the job. After a rainy 2018, my roof is still leak free."

"Superior Exteriors saved my front porch. My house came with a front porch addition that had started to sag away from the house. I asked Kim if it could be saved. Her crew dug out all of the supports, replaced them and shored up the porch against the house again. Superior also replaced my roof. It required a complete tear off with 3 layers of shingles on it. I was happy with the price for the amount of work involved. Plus pleasantly surprised at how well the crew cleaned up after they where done. I originally contacted Superior because it is a woman owned business. I was pleasantly surprised in her competitive pricing backed up by excellent work. Whenever I need work done to my house inside or out Superior is who I call."
