Got in too big of a hurry to get finished so he could get paid. Kept saying he needed to pay bills etc. Several places have paint that was dripping and dried due to rolling paint on. Paint got on the slab where he rolled it on. Some places should have been brushed on with a brush. The bottom board of the house should have been applied with a brush to prevent that and the columns in the from of my house should have been brushed because they now have a textured finish from rolling it on. Pored paint on my grass which my grass is dying because of that. Several places I'm going to have to touch up myself. Finished painting job just didn't look professional. Had a job lined up for this company but my friend saw my finished painting job and said they wouldn't use this company.

"Completely untrue account. I have pictures where y'all intentionally damaged the paint that I had put on. I also did about $2,000 in complimentary services most of which was pressured by y'all and outside of the contract until I got fed up and said something. Y'all tried to leverage supposed work from others that I didn't want to pressure me more. All of this has been documented already. We did what was agreed upon and communicated the entire way. No need to continue lying. Also tried to not pay"

I have had a number of contractors over the years. I have been both satisfied and unsatisfied with the service provided. This contractor was knowledgeable about product and service. He was thorough in preparation and execution and meticulous on details. It's really a great experience when you have someone who cares about producing a good product. This was a great job and I would serve as a reference. Thanks LMPS.

Nice job, discount being first time customer, sent prices and invoices for the job and receipt when done. Logan even nailed some boards that were not done by the fence builders. That extra touch to detail is really nice now days when it is hard to find people that want to work.
