Three things really stood out: 1. They went out of their way to take exceptional care of our home while doing the work...everything from how they closed doors to how they tarped the entire home from the front door to the room in the back of the house. 2. The quality of the work - the crew was meticulous about cleaning up the walls, ensuring all outlets were removed, mirrors removed, etc. 3. Communication - Wilber was very clear as to how long it would take, exactly how much paint we needed, etc. He checked in with us midway through the day to ensure we saw the first coat and how things were progressing. "I called Efren about a retainer wall that had many cracks which needed to be repaired and painted.It went very well. I also mentioned that the stucco on the back and side of my house could use a paint job. He said they can do that. Well, they did do that. Plus, they painted my cellar door in back of the house. Canopy in front of the house was scraped and painted. They even installed a handicap bar by my side door which I really needed. And few other small things. It worked out very well for me. They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Efren and his crew to others."

"Mack Rubio and his team are awesome. My front porch was beginning to sag on one corner and it was causing my vinyl siding to bow out. My home also needed to be pressure washed. Mack is very knowledgeable and he got his level out and showed me that the left side of my porch was two inches lower than the right side. I knew my left column was rotting but I was not sure about the wooden supports I could not see beneath the decking boards. Mack assessed the situation and advised pouring concrete footers and replacing only the columns and supports that needed to be replaced on the porch.
