"A great experience.  Ephraim and his men showed up exactly on time and ready to work, and were careful to ask as many questions as they could about the job.  They even attended to some details I had forgotten to talk to them about.  And Ephraim offered to paint more than I had anticipated; he said they'd be able to do two rooms rather than just the one I was expected.  The quality of the paint job is excellent, and I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist about these things.  I'd definitely recommend them to others.

"Aldo and his crew were an amazing handyman team. They replaced and treated our walls that had rain damage. They also painted the walls and matched the color perfectly. They fixed the leaking faucet and replaced the wood under the sink. In addition, they replaced the doors and replaced the water heater. This was all done in a timely manner and was efficient. I am very happy with the work done by Aldo and his team."

"Mack Rubio and his team are awesome. My front porch was beginning to sag on one corner and it was causing my vinyl siding to bow out. My home also needed to be pressure washed. Mack is very knowledgeable and he got his level out and showed me that the left side of my porch was two inches lower than the right side. I knew my left column was rotting but I was not sure about the wooden supports I could not see beneath the decking boards. Mack assessed the situation and advised pouring concrete footers and replacing only the columns and supports that needed to be replaced on the porch. His quote was very reasonable and I didn't hesitate to give Handymack Services the work. Mack and his team were on time, got right to work, and I was truly amazed at all that got accomplished while I was at work. When I got home, Mack took the time to explain what remained to be done and his schedule for finishing the project. Mack's work is quality and he stated more than once that he wanted to make sure I was happy. Honestly, I am way beyond happy because I have never contracted with anyone who has been as thorough, nor who worked as quickly as Mack. My porch looks great, my siding is no longer bowed out, and the pressure washing made my twelve year old siding look new. I was so impressed I immediately hired him to repair a door frame, stain my back deck, and replace warped deck boards. "Received detailed estimate from Brendan Dwyer, Project Manager, highlighting all work to be performed. Room by room measurements and notes made on estimate kept it organized (and user friendly). Precision Painting Plus even had a Consultant (Cindy) available to walk through our house and give professional feedback on color blending and/or selection. With work starting in early December, we had Jonathan Kramme as our on-site Manager. He was available at all times to discuss project and supervise painting staff. Company handled the scheduling very well considering that the floors had to be sanded, stained and poly-coated. We are very satisfied with the professional work done by the whole team.
