"This was the second time we have worked with Kazi and his wonderful team at Rahat Construction. Last summer, right before our first child was born, they repointed the 120-year-old foundation in our basement and painted and sealed the whole thing so it would be clean and bright when we started doing lots of extra laundry for the baby. That project went great, and this one did too. This time, they cleaned up and repainted the iron fencing and window guards in the front of our house and built a set of lovely and very sturdy railings and banisters for our back deck. Kazi is just a delight to work with. He's easy to communicate with, punctual, thoughtful about his approach to every detail of the job, and unlike many contractors, constantly around to make sure that the work is being done to his customers' satisfaction. We're really looking forward to working with him again in the near future."

They thought of every detail that shows their pride over their work. Not only is their work top notch, but they are also easy to work with and very communicative through the whole process. "They told me the job would be done in one day. When I met them at the venue the next day in the morning to inspect the place and make payment, the job had not been completed. The owner was very professional about it and apologetic, and said they would take care of it that same day.  By the end of the day, they had completed everything and done a very nice job. The place looked great!  However, a couple of days later when I went back, I noticed there were paint stains everywhere- on the fridge, stove, floor, doors, etc.  They didn't do a good job covering things, which is mildly annoying, but I would still use them again."
