"I called Bobking Construction because tiles were â droppingâ off in the bathroom on a rental apartment due to water entering through grouting holes. After removing a number of tiles and backing board, I discovered the bottom framing on the window sill was wet and decided it may involve more than I was prepared to do. So I called Bobbie Saturday afternoon and explained the problem and added that my tenant will return from vacation Monday evening. If he wasnâ t able to accommodate me on such short notice, Iâ d understand and would make the repairs as best I could. He asked for photos, which I sent and he said heâ ll call in the morning. Sure enough, he called Sunday 9am morning and then 2 hours later showed up with Giovanni, a family man and very experienced at his trade. They assessed the damage, agreed on a course of action and started work immediately. Work was completed before 5pm and the tile job looks fantastic. What can I sayâ ¦ again and again, Bobbie and company have done everything theyâ re supposed to â ¦ and more. Iâ ve had the pleasure on more than one occasion to have work done by Bobking Construction and in each instance; the key words for my â takeâ on the experience has been quality, reliability and integrity. "This is a review for the 4th and 5th job done for us by Nunez Construction and as usual... OUTSTANDING. Their team is professional, polite and hardworking to make sure the job is done to exceed our standards. Last year we had our 10'x20' flat garage roof removed and converted to a gabled room. The flat roof became a maintenance nightmare and we had it converted. They also replaced the gutter system on the garage and painted the garage door. This year, the Nunez crew completely removed our concrete driveway, re-sloped and replaced the concrete. In addition they removed a rusty, broken fence and replaced it. Great job as usual. Getting on their calendar for our 2020 jobs!"

"Spiro and his crew painted the exterior of my cedar shake ranch house. They did a wonderful job, they were fast, paid attention to details and did some extra things without nickel and diming me. The house looks beautiful!!!! His team has now started a project in my semi finished basement which includes framing the pipes, additional sheetrocking, staining the fireplace and painting and spackling the room. So far the framing is almost completed and looks great. Can’t wait to see the whole room completed. I would definitely use his company again!!"

"Mack Rubio and his team are awesome. My front porch was beginning to sag on one corner and it was causing my vinyl siding to bow out. My home also needed to be pressure washed. Mack is very knowledgeable and he got his level out and showed me that the left side of my porch was two inches lower than the right side. I knew my left column was rotting but I was not sure about the wooden supports I could not see beneath the decking boards. Mack assessed the situation and advised pouring concrete footers and replacing only the columns and supports that needed to be replaced on the porch. His quote was very reasonable and I didn't hesitate to give Handymack Services the work. Mack and his team were on time, got right to work, and I was truly amazed at all that got accomplished while I was at work. When I got home, Mack took the time to explain what remained to be done and his schedule for finishing the project. Mack's work is quality and he stated more than once that he wanted to make sure I was happy. Honestly, I am way beyond happy because I have never contracted with anyone who has been as thorough, nor who worked as quickly as Mack. My porch looks great, my siding is no longer bowed out, and the pressure washing made my twelve year old siding look new. I was so impressed I immediately hired him to repair a door frame, stain my back deck, and replace warped deck boards. I will definitely be giving Handymack Services my business in the future because they value me as a customer and I value their honesty, promptness, and attention to detail."
