"I recently purchased a condo and had the kitchen sink replaced. Louie came and did a great job installing the faucet. Several weeks later I needed the guts of a toilet bowl tank replaced. Louie replaced the parts in no time. I had lived in a house for several years and the plumbing was old. "I called them because my roomate was complaining of a backup in the sink and the tub.  Since he was complaining of these at the same time I assumed it was an issue with the pipe going to the cesspool as I've had an issue with it before (and yes, I used the same company both times).  When they showed up, they looked at the issue and determined it wasn't a problem with the pipe and actually helped me discover and fix the problem (the stopper in the tub had fallen into the drain and blocked water flow).  They even gave me some tips for the sink.  This was a great example of a company going the extra mile to help me solve a problem even though it was outside their area of responsibility.  Very happy with them, will use them again if needed.
