The job included installation and painting of drywall, adding recessed lighting, laying porcelain floor tile, plumbing work to install the clothes washer and installation of a baseboard type heater. An additional small plumbing job was added to repair an outdoor faucet. Dave came by almost every day. Each phase of the work was explained and completed as planned.
