"We could not be happier with the service we were provided with and their pricing was VERY affordable. Finding an honest, family owned business is hard these days, well you have found it. Not only was the owner very, very friendly and informative over the phone, he came to our house during the service call and was one of the NICEST people we have ever met. His workers arrived at the stroke of 7:30am, the exact time we were told, they were super nice, knowledgeable, clean and even texted us beforehand to let us know they were on their way. WE HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They really gave us a great price for emptying our two cesspools and the service was done in a timely manner and our lawn was not left a mess. TWO BIG THUMBS UP! We would definitely use them again in a minute."

"Okay. So there was a problem with the sewage pump, water in tub and toilet would not go down. The first person to show up after contacting Home Advisor was Mikey from BestFlo. Panicked, I said okay, you can do the job. Awhile later he said it was fixed, and walked away following the repair leaving the area a watery mess with the burnt out equipment, and all the lights on. (I?m not going to even mention the dirt tracked into my house from his shoes.) Honestly I was so angry and distraught about the situation (btw - strictly forbidden disposable wipes were the cause of this $1K expensive repair job) that shortly afterward I went to bed, leaving the cleanup to others in the home. The next morning after taking a shower the toilet would not flush properly, and there was overflowing water [AGAIN] from the replaced sewage pump. I called Sunday 4/19 and was told that someone would appear Monday 4/20 btwn 9:30 - 10:30.am. At 10:40 Mikey reappeared, went to examine the area, quickly adjusted something with the plugs, the system restarted, the toilet automatically flushed, and everything appeared fine. No charge for the revisit. The replaced equipment is guaranteed for only a year. :-( In summary, you can use this company if you wish; just read my review once or twice again before making your choice. Needless to say, my review is quite less than enthusiastic."

"We returned from an out-of state Thanksgiving celebration only to find a flooded basement due to a heavily clogged sewer line. We were panicking but Louie responded to our emergency promptly. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He took time to explain the problem and what was needed to solve it and answered all of our questions clearly. It required extreme physical effort for him to clear the sewer drain and it wasn't a pleasant job. But he never gave up until it was done. In doing this he avoided bringing in additional equipment which would add to our cost. His price was fair and he gave us helpful suggestions on how to proceed to the next step in restoring our basement. We are very grateful that we came across him during this emergency and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others."

Carl came to the house the same day, looked the work over and gave me an excellent price. He was there the next morning working the job at 7:30am. Knocked it out in no time. "The two gentlemen from All Island Sewer and Drain arrived promptly, assessed the condition of my sewer main and methodically cleared out the pipe. They provided excellent craftsmanship and service by integrating modern technology (high quality video imaging) with state of the art “electric snake” to clear the blockage. They also identified the source of the problem (a partially ruptured sewer pipe under my lawn) which will be addressed at a later date. Their fees were also very reasonable. The work area was left in pristine condition and I will definitely be calling them back, to make the permanent repairs when I’m ready…truly a first class organization.
